The manufacturer’s Never Fade policy provides a one-time replacement per qualifying cap for sun fading or sweat lines, subject to its conditions. Dust, concrete dust, drywall dust, and other debris discoloration are excluded. XXL is not covered as a Never Fade cap. Contact MEM Supply Co. before arranging a claim.
