Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, product launches, or for crew and custom orders.
You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once it ships.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered, package size, destination, and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after the order has been processed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.
Multiple Shipments
Some products may ship separately or directly from one of our distribution partners. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping unless clearly disclosed before checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. MEM Supply Co. is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is subject to the carrier’s operations.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product.
For packages marked delivered but not received, please check the delivery location, surrounding property, household members, and neighbors before contacting the carrier and MEM Supply Co.
International Shipping
MEM Supply Co. currently ships within the United States only, unless another destination is available during checkout.
