Screen printing, heat transfer, and patches may be handled directly. Embroidery can be sourced for suitable larger projects and may require artwork setup costs.
4. Approve before production
Final product, sizing, decoration, pricing, and timeline should be confirmed before custom work begins.

Can I order without decoration?
Yes. Use the Buying for a Team page for ordinary bulk product purchasing.
Can custom products be returned?
Custom and decorated products are generally not returnable unless there is an approved quality or fulfillment issue.
