The dark-brown full-grain leather upper is durable and water-resistant, helping handle light rain, splashes, and damp working conditions. Elastic side panels and pull tabs make the boot easy to put on and remove without dealing with laces.
A steel safety toe provides ASTM-rated impact and compression protection, while the wide fit gives workers additional room through the forefoot. Inside, CoolMAX® lining helps manage heat and moisture, while PORON® cushioning with Microban® technology supports comfort and odor control during long shifts.
RockRooster currently offers the AK229 in two protective configurations: a static-dissipative version with a TPU outsole and an Electrical Hazard version with a rubber outsole. Those variants should remain clearly separated in your Shopify options because SD and EH footwear serve different workplace needs.
